Nose: Green apples, pear drops, leesy-minerality
Palate: Full but fresh, toasted nuts complexity from the lees ageing, balanced acidity, clean
This kind of palate always reminds me of being in Spain drinking cava in the sunshine. Very satisfying, very enjoyable.
